Testimonial
We have worked with this cement plant which is an exceptional proprietor run business for the importation of their cement to us. We are impressed with the service we have received from the company which comprises of a professional staff and an excellent product. The product itself has been well received by the market and resonates with the Africa infrastructure growth agenda. We wish the company the best in its growth strategy and we will remain a distribution partner of choice.
Introduction
- The Cement plant was specially designed and built for the South African market, easy to operate, where basic instructions can be followed and the manufacturing processes are not complicated. The maintenance of the plant is also very easy and systems have been put in place to keep machinery running at all times. Major refurbishments/upgrades have been made recently.
- All plant staff have been trained thoroughly in the production processes, Health and Safety as well as the maintenance and upkeep of all machinery, as required by SABPS.
- The Administration staff are well-equipped with Sales Systems, Client and Public Relationship skills, Management and Certification, Regulation and Quality Management implementation and the Rules and Regulations of the industry.
- A Secret Mixes and Suppliers file, will be supplied on purchase of the plant. This file will be handed over to the new owner, on conclusion of the sale. This information is extremely sensitive in the industry and has taken quite some effort to attain. An outright-purchase of our cement plant, will include all assets pertaining to the manufacturing of cement.
- The added benefit of buying this plant, should the prospective purchaser be involved in construction or retail distribution, would be that profit margins will grow significantly, as no third party (middleman) is involved at all. Production planning can also be adjusted to ensure that optimal output and scheduling of deliveries is achieved on both sides – cement production and construction. As a 100% South African plant, the brand is suited for South African Government projects.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Plant capacity at current: ± 100,000 bags – full month for two shifts a day (currently 4 persons manual operation – 6 spouts). The plant production can be increased to ± 200,000 bags per month through a future upgrade at approximately R200 000.
Return of the investment should be reached in ±24 months on full production at the current production rate. This is based on cement production only and not on any of the other add-on products already in the market, that will compliment cement, for example tile adhesive.
The plant is fully automated and functional
